Regarding
Registration 2009~2010 School Year
St. Francis Xavier School will be holding
registration for the upcoming school year 2009-2010 during Catholic
Schools Week 2009 which is the week of January 26 through January 30,
2009.
Sunday, January 25, 2009 ~ 11:15
a.m. Mass followed by an Open House for Prospective Students that will
be entering Pre Kindergarten through Grade 5 2009-2010
Tuesday, January 27, 2009
Registration for Pre K and Kindergarten (copy of child's birth certificate,
baptismal certificate and immunizations are needed.)

baptismal certificate and immunizations are needed.)

(No Registration Grades 6-8 at the present time)
The Pre-K program is 5 mornings or 3 afternoons and you must be 4 years
old prior to September 1st. The Kindergarten class is 5 mornings or
5 afternoons and you must be 5 years old prior to September 1st. There
are no before school or after school programs offered here at St. Francis
Xavier School. We do not offer full day Kindergarten.
Names are NOT taken prior to the registration day. We ask that
you attend the date that pertains to your child/children. On that day
you will be asked to bring a copy of your child/children's birth certificate,
baptismal certificate and immunizations record.
Sister Teresa Vesey, C.S.J., Principal, will meet with you on that day
and she will talk to you about St. Francis Xavier School, the mission
of the school and the application procedure. She will also inform you
at that time of when you would expect to hear in regards to any openings.
Our current students' registration fees are due in March for the following
school year. At that time it will be determined on how many openings
there may be for the following school year.
On registration day Sister Teresa will not be asking for a registration
fee from you. You will not be responsible for a registration fee until
you hear from Sister Teresa, usually in April, of whether your child/children
is accepted into the school.

per payment. $250.00 Registration Fee is included in the annual amount,
in March you make your registration fee payment per child.
Example~
One Child in grade school, In Parish would be $3725.00 annually. You
would make ten $347.50 equaling $3475.00 and then one payment (March)
of $250 for registration fee for the following academic year which brings
the total to $3725.00.
